From Willendorf’s Venus through Renaissance Shakespeare to the present day, Niina Hosiasluoma and Herman Nyby explore in a personal and humorous way the representation of fat people and their place in Western self-image. 

The performance is not a parody – it is a ritual and a scenic defiant assertion. A fat act of love.
